By accessing or using AI Automation's website, platform and services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform.

1. Program Access & Enrollment

• Our courses are available through one-time purchases (lifetime access) or subscription plans (ongoing access while subscribed).

• There are no prerequisites for the AI Automation Course, but the AI Automation Mentorship Program requires an application.

• Access is provided via the AI Automation platform, where all course materials, support, and discussions take place.

2. Payments & Refund Policy

• Payments must be made in full for one-time purchases or on a recurring basis for subscriptions.

• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that no course assets have been downloaded (including AI automation blueprints, documents, videos, or other resources).

• If a refund is granted, access to the course and platform will be revoked.

• Subscription users may cancel anytime, but no partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

1. All course content, including blueprints, documentation, videos, and resources, is the exclusive property of AI Automation.

2. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for learning purposes only.

3. You may not:

   • Resell, reproduce, redistribute, or claim any course materials as your own.

   • Use the content for commercial purposes without written permission.

   • Share login credentials or allow others to access your account. Violations may result in an immediate ban without a refund.

4. Community & Support

• Course support is available exclusively through the AI Automation platform.

• We do not provide individual consulting outside the Mentorship Program.

• Respectful communication and professional conduct are required in all community spaces.

5. Code of Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Plagiarism or unauthorized sharing of course content.

• Toxic behavior, harassment, or inappropriate communication.

• Any attempt to bypass course security, distribute materials, or misuse access.

Violation of these rules may lead to account suspension or termination without a refund.

6. Course Availability & Downtime

• While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access, there may be times when the platform is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

• We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of scheduled maintenance but are not liable for any temporary disruptions affecting access to course materials.

7. Non-Compete & Restricted Use

Users may not:

• Create, sell, or distribute a competing course based on AI Automation content.

• Use course materials for training others in a commercial setting without explicit written consent.

• Repackage or modify the content to sell as their own educational material.

Violating this policy may result in legal action and immediate termination of access without a refund.

8. Updates & Modifications

• One-time purchases include lifetime access to the purchased course.

• Subscription-based users retain access to all materials as long as they remain subscribed.

• We reserve the right to update course content, improve resources, and make modifications without prior notice.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The AI Automation Course does not guarantee specific business, financial, or professional outcomes.

• We are not responsible for how you implement automation strategies learned in the program.

• You acknowledge that all results depend on individual effort, implementation, and external factors beyond our control.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform any obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, pandemics, cyberattacks, internet service disruptions, or third-party platform changes.

• Regulatory changes, industry restrictions, or other force majeure events.

If such an event occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access as soon as possible.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if:

• A user violates these Terms, engages in prohibited activities, or attempts unauthorized distribution.

• Payment is disputed or reversed for any reason.
